Also, keep in mind that when you agree with StudyIndia terms and conditions, you hand over your registry to the NCPR- National Customer Preference Register, formally known as NDNC- National Do Not Call Registry anytime now or in the future. Students apply for our services directly or indirectly through the association of partners, using mobile devices, our website, by phone call, or by email. By browsing or using the StudyIndia website or any of our applications or requesting a callback, you agree that you have gone through our terms and conditions and Privacy Policy section and understood them carefully. You also agree to all the mentioned terms and conditions.
We provide an online platform to students with our global partners. Here students will find a listing of top schools, colleges, and universities, and students can apply to them requesting our services as we help them get secured admission. When you apply through StudyIndia and submit an application, you do not directly enter into a legal contract with the universities you have applied to. The time you apply through the application, StudyIndia becomes an intermediary between universities and students, sharing the required details on the application. There are institutions displayed on our website, and we are the representatives of these institutions. When interpretation services are mentioned on our website, the information we have provided is solely based on the data we get from the websites of the colleges. There is no doubt that we use our expertise and skills to provide the best services, but we will not verify if we cannot take responsibility for the information accuracy, accurate or precise on-delivery of the information, nor are we responsible for any errors or interruptions due to (breakdown of the website partial or temporary) and misleading or false information. StudyIndia's website does not compose and must not be taken as an endorsement or reference of the quality, qualification, service level, and ratings of colleges mentioned on the website. The services we offer are only for personal gain and non-commercial use only. Therefore, in particular, no one has the authority to deep link, resell, monitor, copy, download, display or duplicate the software, data, and services/products available on our website for any competitive/commercial use.
All the costs, prices, and fees mentioned on our website are calculated per person per year unless we notify you through email or on our website. Sometimes the schools have low fees for specific programs; however, the cost provided by the school may have special types of conditions or restrictions. We also have currency conversion mentioned on our website, which is just for informational purposes. Students must not rely on this information solely as it might not be real-time or accurate: exact rates of schools can vary on our website and the school's website. Obvious mistakes and errors like misprints are not obligatory.
The services provided on the website of StudyIndia are free to access except for the school application fee for which they will be applying using our website. This application fee is non-refundable, which you will be charged at the time of submitting your application. When universities confirm the enrolment of students, they pay the StudyIndia commission, which is a small percentage of the tuition fee.
According to the time permitted by law, neither StudyIndia or any of our representatives, employees, directors, officers, associates, subsidiaries, agents, licenses or any other indulged in sponsoring, promoting, creating or otherwise making site content available will be liable for (i) any inaccuracy regarding detailed information including ratings, availability and prices of the colleges mentioned on StudyIndia website (ii) any special, disciplinary, consequential/indirect damage or loss, production loss, profit loss, contract loss, revenue loss, reputation damage (iii) any damages be direct/indirect, punitive or consequential, losses/damages/cost suffered, earn or paid by you, arising out of or in use connection, pursuant to, inability to delay or use StudyIndia website (iv) the products or services provided by colleges rendered (v) any personal death, injury, damage done to property or any other consequential or direct/indirect, earning or paid by you, cost suffered, whether due to legal actions, breaches, errors, mistakes, negligence, exclusions, intentional misconduct, falsification, non-performance, strict or tort liability by or (wholly/partially) accredited to the colleges or any of our partners (officers, directors, partner companies, agents or any other) whose services or products are (directly or indirectly) made accessible, endorsed or presented on or via StudyIndia website, including any fractional cancelation, force or strike majeure or any other event that is impossible to control on our part. Whether the college you decide to enroll with fees or has charged you or StudyIndia is facilitating you with the college fee and payments, you accept and acknowledge that the college is responsible for all the collection, remittance, and withholding of fees at all times included payments made for taxes on the full amount of the school fee to the relevant authorities. We are not accountable or answerable for the collection, withholding payments, or remittance relevant to the taxes demands of the schools. The information regarding fees and the cost of school should be used for informational purposes only. It needs to be an accurate amount, and it also keeps on changing. We are not accountable for the changes in the fee.
Once you submit the content, like text or images/photos, to StudyIndia for review, you agree, permit, and validate that you have the copyright to the content. StudyIndia may utilize that content on its app or website in any way, either online or offline. StudyIndia has the right to use your submitted content for promotions and publications wherever it seems appropriate to us. We are given permission from you in the form of a non-exclusive, unconditional, worldwide, uninterrupted right and license to use, display, reproduce, sublicense, distribute, communicate, and make the content accessible based on its suitability. Moreover, you accept full legal and moral responsibility for legal claims (if any or all) made by third parties, including school owners but not limited to them, once we publish and use the submitted content by you. We are not responsible for owning or endorsing the submitted content. It is the sole responsibility of the person who submitted the content. StudyIndia does not hold any accountability. Make sure you permit and validate that the content shall not include any infected files, Trojan horses, or viruses while submitting the content. Moreover, the content that needs to be submitted shall not have any illegal, pornographic, objectionable, abusive, offensive, or unsuitable stuff. In addition to that, the submitted content does not invade any third-party rights such as privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights. If the content that you are going to submit does not fulfill the above-mentioned criteria, it will not be posted. The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for actions regarding the subject matter shall be the courts, which are located in Tamil Nadu, India. It is important to submit the agreement to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You may abandon any right to a jury trial in any proceeding coming out of or regarding this agreement. Keep in mind that for the International Sale of Goods, the United Nations Convention on Contracts is not eligible for this agreement.
StudyIndia has a full right to change or modify this agreement or its terms and conditions regarding the website and services we offer at any time. If we make any amendments to the agreement or terms, we are responsible for keeping it updated on the website, and these changes are effective after updating them on the site. We will notify you regarding the changes with the updated date, which is mentioned on this page’s bottom. When you use the website and services after changes, it will be accepted as your approval of such changes.
